1. The Chrome extension

Everything you put into CartProfit — your job data, your ingredients, your menus, your prices, and your clients' names — stays in your own browser. It is saved in local storage on your computer.

It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no account and no login for the calculator itself. We have no copy of your data. We cannot see it.

2. This website

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The reason for your message
• The message itself

We use this for one thing only: to reply to your enquiry. Your message is sent to our support email. We do not sell it. We do not share it. We do not add you to a mailing list.

We keep contact-form messages for 24 months. After that we delete them.

Want your message deleted sooner? Email support@trycartprofit.com and ask. We will delete it.

3. Payment

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. They handle your card details, not us.

We never see your card number. We never store it.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies. It does not use advertising cookies. It does not run analytics.

The extension stores your own settings in your browser. That is not a cookie, and it never leaves your computer.

5. Children's privacy

CartProfit is a tool for working food professionals. It is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us a message, email us and we will delete it.

6. Users outside the United States

CartProfit is built in Texas and run from the United States. If you use it from another country, your contact-form message will be sent to and stored in the United States.

The extension's data handling is the same everywhere: it stays on your computer, wherever that computer is.
